  • How long will it take to get my order?
    We try our best to ensure that we dispatch your order within 1-3 working days. Due to carrier delays, please allow up to 5-7 business days for your order to be delivered via our standard shipping method.
  • What shipping carrier do you use?
    USPS- United States Postal Service
  • Can you ship internationally or process international credit cards?
    At this time we do not offer international shipping and cannot accept credit cards from outside of the United States.
  • Can I expedite my shipping?
    Yes! We offer expedited shipping options within checkout.
  • How can I track the status of my order?
    We know you can't wait to receive your order, which is why we will be sure to notify you when your order ships along with a tracking number via email.
  • Can I return my products?
    We always aim to please every customer, if you need to return an item due to an item being damaged we will gladly honor an exchange or a store credit. Email us directly in the event you would like to process an exchange. We will not exchange items due to inaccurate measurements.
  • Can I exchange my item?
    We will honor an exchange if your item arrived damaged. We will honor a store credit and or an even exchange. We will not issue any returns.
  • How do I exchange my item?
    Exchanges are accepted for all items that arrived to you damaged, within 7 days of receiving your item. Please click on the contact us link to notify us of any damaged goods. We will investigate and provide additional updates on your exchange.
  • What if my item arrived damaged?
    We are so sorry to hear that your order arrived in less than perfect condition! Please let us make it right. Our team will be more than happy to assist with processing a replacement order or issuing a store credit. You may contact us through our contact page.
